 Board's Role in Working with Staff Leadership (Developing an exceptional board-staff partnership) Presented by Doug Sauer, CEO, New York Council of Nonprofits, Inc  

This session will help Board Members and Staff develop an appropriate balance of governance and management roles.  This session will provide the opportunity for participants to think through some challenging scenarios using case studies and group discussion.  

What will be covered:  

  • Building a dynamic leadership team
  • Supporting and evaluating  the Executive Director
  • Compensation policies and succession planning
